ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS
This office accepts cash, check or credit card at the time of service. Dr. Thompson is not contracted or in-network with ANY insurance companies. We do have many patients who elect to have claim forms submitted, as a courtesy, showing proof of payment to their insurance companies. Payment submission is not a guarantee that you will be reimbursed by your insurance company. Every insurance company has a different policy regarding payment for out-of-network benefits.
Returned check fee is $30.00.
